VICE PRESIDENT - AIRLINE COMMERCIAL SYSTEMS, DELTA TECHNOLOGY

 Gary Donaldson serves as Vice President of Airline Commercial Systems at Delta Technology, the wholly owned information technology subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. In this role, Mr. Donaldson is responsible for the commercial systems portfolio, which includes scheduling and network analysis systems, revenue management, revenue accounting and recognition, sales force automation, Electronic Ticketing, Reservations, SkyMiles, eMarketing, Integrated Communications (DeltaNet), Alliances, Business Intelligence and Delta.com. 

Most recently Mr. Donaldson served as Director of In-Flight and Flight Operations Systems where he was responsible for the technology support of the pilot’s and flight attendant’s planning, scheduling, pay, training and qualification systems.  He was also responsible for the systems that support Human Resources and the coordination of the HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Initiative.

Previously, he served as Director of Finance and Executive Services where he was responsible for providing the technology support to the Corporate Offices of Finance, Security, Legal, Communications, Property and Facilities and Supply Chain Management.

Mr. Donaldson joined Delta Technology in 1997. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a master’s degree from Pepperdine University in management.

Prior to joining Delta Technology, Mr. Donaldson served 22 years with the United States Army in a variety of command and staff Information Technology positions worldwide.
